Products and Fit

Products

  • Do you customize products?  
    yes, we off a personalization program for our shirts, belts and wallets. We will monogram any of our items in select locations at an additional charge of $15 (shirts- on left breast pocket or left or right sleeve cuff, wallets- interior of wallet in bottom center)
  • How do I care for my products? 
    Machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle and hanging or lying flat to dry are the best way to maintain the life of an Oxford Hounds shirt. In some cases, specific garments may require hand washing -- please refer to the care instructions on the tag for directions.

  • How do I determine what is my size?
    please refer to our fit guide for detailed guidance and dimensions in selecting your size.
  • Does Oxford Hounds offer tailoring?
    at this time Oxford Hounds does not offer any form of tailoring to our shirts. If required, we suggest for best results to visit your local tailor.
  • Does Oxford Hounds offer big and tall sizes?
    All Oxford Hounds shirts are available in sizes XL and XXL. We also offer all belts up to size 42 inches.
  • Where do I find the style number?
    Individual style numbers are found on our website as part of each product description.

My Orders

Order Status

  • How do I edit or cancel my orders?
    We strive to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible and for that reason there is a very small window for us to edit orders once they are placed thru our website. The estimated window for edits or cancellations is 10 minutes once you submit your order. If your order is not within the estimated window please contact our Customer Care Team at 888-926-0255 (8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday EST).
  • How do I track my order?
    You may track your order status by  (need a link)
  • How long does it take to process an order? 
    Orders placed by 10:30am EST with Overnight or 2-Day shipping selected will ship the same business day. Any order with Standard shipping will ship the following business day.
    • Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages? 
      every Oxford Hounds item comes beautifully package suitable for gift giving. If you should require any type of gift card please contact customer care who will be happy to take care of your requirements.
    • What happens if a product is out of stock? 
      our website is constantly updating the availability status of every items in our collection. If a product is out of stock we ask that you contact us (need link) and will advise an in-stock date.

Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally? 
    Yes, we ship to the following countries; Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and China. Shipments are made by FedEX International. There will be an additional shipping cost that will vary based on each country ranging in cost from approximately $25 UDS to Canada to $34 to the UK & EU countries and $40 to China. Costs are approximated and rates may fluctuate depending upon carriers rates. ALL rates are subject to change.
    The customer is responsible for all local customs clearance fees as well as importation duty. Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.
  • Will I be notified when my orders ship? 
    Yes! A ship confirmation email with FedEx tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as the order ships. You may also track your order by clicking here (need link).

  • What is the cutoff time for same day shipping?
    Orders placed by 10:30am EST with Overnight or 2-Day shipping selected will ship the same business day. Any order with Standard shipping will ship the following business day.

    Orders placed with Fast shipping will typically be delivered in 3-4 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and 11 a.m. ET for customized items. Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.
    • Economy: $6. Arrives in 5-9 business days
    • Fast: $10. Arrives in 3-4 business days
    • 2-Business Day: $20
    • Next-Day: $25

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Oxford Hounds Gift Cards.
  • Can I use multiple methods of payment?
    Only one form of payment may be used per order. However, Oxford Hounds Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with another form of payment.
  • Do you charge sales tax on my order?
    We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Oxford Hounds maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, retailer, sales representative, or contact center. Sales tax will be charged in accordance with the state to which your package will be shipped.

  • How do I redeem my gift card?
    To redeem an Oxford Hounds Gift Card, enter the 16 digit number, plus the pin, in the 'Gift Card' field at checkout. Gift cards should be applied in section 2. Payment at check out (see image below).
Returns & Exchanges

Returns

  • How do I start a return?
    We would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items purchased from Oxfordhounds.com that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered.
  • What is the return policy?
    Oxford Hounds would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers.

    Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
    Holiday Policy Extension: Due to potential shipping delays from carriers, Oxford Hounds will be extending its Return Policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-Price merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 25 must be returned within 90 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return or exchange items if needed.
    Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
    Custom embroidered items are not eligible for return only unless there was an error made in not conforming to prior customer instructions such as incorrect initials, location, etc.….
    Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
    Return Postage: We provide a complimentary return shipping label for returns made within the 60-day window for regular price merchandise and 30 days for sale items within the United States. If an exception is made for a return outside the return window, the responsibility of the return shipping will be that of the customer. A handling/restocking fee of $4.00 will be withheld from refunds processed for returns.
  • International Returns
    Regrettably, our pre-paid labels do not cover the price for international returns. To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
  • How long will it take for my return shipment to be delivered?
    Returned items typically take between 3-5 business days to be received after they have been mailed. Once we receive your return, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue an exchange or refund. 
    • Refunds should typically appear on your statement 2-3 weeks after you mail your package back. If you haven't seen your credit appear after 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Team at (need a number).
    • Your exchange will be initiated once your return is received. You will receive an email with the new tracking information once it ships. 

Exchanges

  • How do I start an exchange?
    We would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items purchased from oxfordhounds.com that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered.
    You may exchange an item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only. If you would like a different item/style number, please process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • How do I return or exchange a gift?
    If you would like to return or exchange a gift, please email our Customer Care team at concierge@oxfordhounds.com or at (need number & set up concierge).
  • Can I return or exchange my embroidered items?
    Items that have been personalized or embroidered CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.

    Open any Oxford Hounds email and scroll to the bottom. Click on the “Unsubscribe” link and it will redirect you to a web page where you can request to unsubscribe from our promotional emails in the future.
    You may also unsubscribe from our emails by logging in to your customer account and clicking on “Settings”. Scroll to “Email Preferences” at the bottom and click “Edit”. Deselect the box to stop receiving promotional emails, and click “Save Changes”

With a lifetime of lessons learned and a legacy of our family’s men’s fashion business that spanned 115 years forever providing inspiration, Oxford Hounds is the result of four generations of unmitigated passion to achieve creative innovation and excellence. Our roots are forever based in our love for the rolling hills of the English countryside fashioned in its natural beauty and timeless elegance. Oxford Hounds reinvents men’s luxury fashion through a lens that visualizes classic design with a modern twist. We chose the name Oxford Hounds to represent our two greatest passions. The city of Oxford, situated in the city of Oxfordshire, England personifies the essence of the brand with its stately architecture and Medieval heritage. We selected the name “Oxford” to represent the enduring nature of classic elegance that stands the test of time and is always in fashion. Our other passion is our love for dogs. The name “Hounds” signifies and solidifies our commitment to act in accord with our mission to help provide a better way of life for the more than 70 million homeless and sheltered dogs in the US through our non-profit organization Helping Hounds. The name “Oxford Hounds” will continue to build upon and perpetuate our greatest passions for future generations to come.
